تبصيرة خدمة من يمامة للبرمجيات. تشمل هذه السياسة tapsiera.com ونطاقاته الفرعية للتطبيق والإدارة. لطلبات الخصوصية راسل [email protected]. ندير بيانات الحساب والأمان وتشغيل الخدمة، ونعالج المحتوى الذي تقدمه المنشأة لخدمتها؛ وتسري أيضاً إشعارات المنشأة وصلاحيات مسؤوليها المعتمدين.
البيانات والغرض من معالجتها
نعالج معلومات المنشأة والفروع والأجهزة وحسابات الموظفين وأحداث عدّ الزوار وأوقاتها والإشغال والمبيعات التي تربطها والتقارير التشغيلية لتحليلات الفروع. تعتمد البيانات على الأجهزة والتكاملات المفعلة. وإذا اخترت ميزة كاميرا أو صور أو مرفقات دعم، فقد تتضمن المواد المقدمة بيانات شخصية. لا تعني هذه السياسة أن كل تركيب مجهول الهوية أو أن الصور لا تُعالج مطلقاً. على المنشأة تقديم الإشعارات المناسبة وضبط جمع البيانات بصورة مشروعة في مواقعها. ونعالج بيانات التسجيل والتواصل ورسائل الدعم ومرفقاتها ومراجع الاشتراك والدفع وعناوين الإنترنت ومعلومات المتصفح وسجلات الأمان لتشغيل الخدمة والرد على الطلبات ومنع الإساءة. نعتمد على الموافقة حيث تلزم، ومتطلبات الخدمة أو العقد والالتزامات النظامية وغيرها من المسوغات المشروعة المسموح بها.
الوصول إلى Google
يطلب تسجيل الدخول معرّف حساب Google وبريدك المتحقق منه والملف الأساسي اللازم للتحقق من هويتك. يجب أن يكون حساب المنشأة مرتبطاً مسبقاً أو لديه دعوة صالحة. لا يمنح تسجيل الدخول وحده صلاحية إلى Google Drive أو Gmail أو Calendar أو صلاحيات إدارية في تبصيرة.
الاستخدام المحدود لبيانات Google
تلتزم معالجة المعلومات المستلمة عبر Google APIs بـسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API ومتطلبات الاستخدام المحدود فيها. نستخدم هذه البيانات للميزات التي تصرح بها. لا نبيعها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو القرارات الائتمانية أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة. يقتصر نقلها ووصول البشر إليها على التشغيل المسموح للخدمة أو موافقتك المحددة أو الأمان أو المتطلبات النظامية أو الاستثناءات التي تسمح بها السياسة.
المشاركة ومزودو الخدمة
يمكن لأعضاء المنشأة المعتمدين الوصول إلى المحتوى بحسب أدوارهم. يعالج مزودو البنية والتوصيل ما يلزم للتشغيل، ومنهم Cloudflare لحماية الشبكة وMicrosoft 365 / Microsoft Graph لبريد الخدمة وMoyasar لمعالجة الدفع عند تفعيله. تصل بيانات البطاقة والمحفظة إلى مزود الدفع، وتستخدم خدمتنا مراجع الدفع وحالته. تتلقى التكاملات الاختيارية المعلومات اللازمة للإجراءات التي تصرح بها. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، وقد نفصح عما يلزم نظاماً أو لمعالجة الاحتيال والحوادث الأمنية.
التخزين والاحتفاظ والأمان
قد تُعالج البيانات في مواقع استضافتنا ومزودي الخدمة، بما فيها خارج بلدك، وفق متطلبات النقل المعمول بها. لا تتعهد هذه السياسة ببلد استضافة معين. نستخدم HTTPS وضبط الصلاحيات وحماية بيانات اعتماد الخدمات، مع بقاء مخاطر تقنية محتملة. نحتفظ بالبيانات لغرض الخدمة وإدارة الحساب والأمان والسجلات الواجبة، مع مراعاة العقد والالتزامات النظامية. قد يختلف موعد الحذف من الأنظمة النشطة عن انتهاء النسخ الاحتياطية. يمكنك طلب تفاصيل الاحتفاظ التي تنطبق على حسابك.
خياراتك وطلباتك
لطلب الإحاطة أو الوصول أو نسخة أو تصحيح أو إتلاف البيانات وسحب الموافقة حيث ينطبق ذلك، راسل [email protected]. نتحقق من الهوية ونوضح أي قيد مشروع. ويمكن لمستخدم المنشأة التواصل مع مسؤولها. افصل التكامل من إعداداته المتاحة أو ألغِ وصوله من روابط حساب Google. يمنع الإلغاء الوصول المستقبلي ولا يحذف تلقائياً المحتوى الموجود بالخدمة؛ اطلب حذفه بصورة منفصلة. ويمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة، ومنها سدايا عندما ينطبق النظام السعودي.
المتصفح والتحديثات
تدعم ملفات الجلسة والتخزين المحلي تسجيل الدخول والتفضيلات والمسودات والميزات دون اتصال. قد يؤدي مسحها إلى تسجيل خروجك أو فقدان عمل لم تتم مزامنته. يستلزم التتبع الاختياري الإشعار أو الموافقة المطلوبة. لا تستهدف الخدمة الأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ويجب أن يرتب بالغ مخول أو منشأة أي استخدام مسموح للقاصرين. ننشر التحديثات هنا بتاريخ جديد ونطلب موافقة جديدة عند لزومها لتغيير الاستخدام.
Privacy Policy
Who operates this service
Tapsiera is a Yamama Software service. This notice covers tapsiera.com and its application and administration subdomains. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. We manage account, security and service-administration data. Where an organization supplies business content, we process it to provide that organization’s service; its own notices and authorized administrators also apply.
What we process and why
Organization, branch, device and staff-account information, visitor-count events, timestamps, occupancy, sales figures you connect, and operational reports are processed for branch analytics. Information depends on your enabled devices and integrations. If you choose a camera, image or support-upload feature, its submitted material can contain personal information. This policy does not promise that every deployment is anonymous or that no images are processed. Your organization must give appropriate notices and configure lawful collection at its locations. We also process registration and contact details, support messages and attachments, subscription and payment references, IP addresses, browser information and security logs to run the service, answer requests and prevent abuse. We rely on consent where required, service or contract requirements, applicable legal obligations and other lawful grounds where permitted.
Google access
Google sign-in requests the account identifier, verified email and basic profile needed for authentication. An organizational account must already be linked or have a valid invitation. Google sign-in does not by itself provide access to Google Drive, Gmail or Calendar, or grant administration rights in Tapsiera.
Limited use of Google data
Our handling of information obtained through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used for the features you authorize. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or train general-purpose AI models with it. Transfers and human access are limited to permitted service operations, your specific consent, security, legal requirements or other exceptions allowed by that policy.
Sharing and service providers
Authorized organization members can access content according to their roles. Infrastructure and delivery providers process the information needed to operate the service, including Cloudflare for network protection, Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph for service emails, and Moyasar for payment processing when enabled. Card and wallet credentials go to the payment provider; our service uses payment references and status information. Optional integrations receive the information required for actions you authorize. We do not sell personal data. Disclosures required by law or necessary to address fraud and security incidents may also occur.
Storage, retention and security
Information can be processed where our hosting and service providers operate, including outside your country, subject to applicable transfer requirements. We do not promise a particular hosting country in this notice. We use HTTPS, restricted access and protected service credentials. No system is risk-free. We keep data for the service purpose, account administration, security and required records; applicable contracts and legal obligations affect retention. Deletion from active systems and expiry of backup copies may occur at different times. Ask us for the retention details applicable to your account.
Your choices and requests
You can request information, access, a copy, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting [email protected]. We verify identity and explain any lawful restriction. Organization users may also contact their administrator. Disconnect an integration in its available settings or revoke access at Google Account connections; revocation stops future Google access but does not automatically erase existing service content. Request its deletion separately. You may raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including SDAIA where Saudi law applies.
Browser storage and changes
Session cookies and local storage support authentication, preferences and local drafts or offline features. Clearing them can sign you out or remove unsynchronized work. Optional tracking requires the applicable notice or consent. These services are not directed to children under 13. An authorized adult or organization must arrange any permitted use by minors. We publish changes here with a new date and seek fresh consent when a changed use requires it.
